Through the acquisition of regional brokerage and risk management firms, the company is experiencing tremendous growth on four continents and in major cities in the United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, Latin America, and Asia.

Due to the acquisitions a number of websites existed with similar, though not cohesive, Lockton branding and messaging. Lockton desired to re-launch a global website platform that would allow the firm to present an attractive, informational, easily administered, and scalable global presence. A web presence that conveys Lockton’s worldwide value and service leadership in insurance brokerage and risk management solutions.
Solution
Digital Evolution Group engaged with members of Lockton’s global team to drive a Discovery process that identified key organizational objectives, key personas and target audiences, end-user experience goals, information architecture, communication channels and required web based toolsets.

The result was a relevant, continuously reaffirmed and distinctly interactive corporate web presence for Lockton that provides intuitive communication channels between its business partners, clients, prospective clients, employees and prospective employees, the media and the global community.
